		<description>The issue was not until 2003 when justice Leeds made it her personal decision to advocate for the freedmen and then she changed another justice mind after time and time the justice vote against the proposed amendment.  So the freedmen where not part of the tribe.  The fact is that by an overwhelming vote of 77% the Cherokee Nation said no and the freedmen where able to vote.  Oh yes I forgot people of your own kind usually know what is best for your people.  Stay out of our business.</description>
